Registration is currently closed for 2025-2026
The 2026-2027 application will open in May 2026 and close October 15, 2026. All providers who were approved for the 2025-2026 school year will receive an email reminding them to apply for the next year. If you will be a new provider, please come back to this website in May to submit an application. If you are an admin for multiple providers please just create one user login the first time you register a provider and use the login you created for all additional providers. There will be a button to use when filling out the provider information on the form. You will no longer need a user account for each provider and when you login, you will be able to select which provider you are wanting to manage.
