The 2025-2026 Application is temporarily open for new providers only. New providers may submit an application through January 30th for the second half of the school year. For inquiries about the application, contact us at 402-471-2471 or email at nde.serviceagency@nebraska.gov
If you are an admin for multiple providers please just create one user login the first time you register a provider and use the login you created for all additional providers. There will be a button to use when filling out the provider information on the form. You will no longer need a user account for each provider and when you login, you will be able to select which provider you are wanting to manage.
