The Service Provider application opens May 6th, 2026 and closes October 15th 2026. Application must be in approved status in order for a school district to use their IDEA funds to offset the related IEP service(s).
If you are an admin for multiple providers please just create one user login the first time you register a provider and use the login you created for all additional providers. There will be a button to use when filling out the provider information on the form. You will no longer need a user account for each provider and when you login, you will be able to select which provider you are wanting to manage.
